Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Oversee and coordinate office operations with the administrative and dental staff to ensure organizational and productivity effectiveness
-Implement office policies, procedures, and regulations, and ensure their compliance
-Supervise and train new staff, maintain patient monthly billing
-Manage office supply inventory
-Provide front desk support of patient scheduling, inquiries, and check in/out
Experience:
-Experience in supervising and leading a team
-Strong organizational and time management abilities
-Excellent communication skills
-Dental background is a must
-Knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus
