Seeking a dynamic and experienced Advertising Director to lead our advertising and marketing initiatives. As the Advertising Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive advertising strategies to promote our products/services, enhance brand visibility, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute innovative advertising campaigns across various platforms, including print, digital, social media, and television, to effectively reach target audiences and achieve marketing objectives of driving traffic (into the stores, phone sales, web leads).

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Buyers and Manufacturers to align advertising efforts with overall business goals and brand messaging. Creating impactful merchandising signage and displays.

· Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape, and leverage findings to inform advertising strategies.

· Manage advertising budget allocation and optimize spending to maximize ROI and achieve cost-efficiency.

· Oversee the creative development process, including concept ideation, copywriting, design, and production, to ensure high-quality and impactful advertising materials.

· Monitor and analyze advertising performance metrics, such as impressions, click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer engagement, and use insights to refine strategies and tactics.

· Stay up to date with industry developments, best practices, and technological advancements in advertising and marketing, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance campaign effectiveness.

· Foster strong relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and vendors to negotiate favorable contracts, secure placements, and maintain productive collaborations.

· Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the advertising team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field (Master's degree preferred)

· 10 years of experience in advertising, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing integrated advertising campaigns.

· Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable advertising strategies.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

· Proficiency in advertising and marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.

· Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals and deliver results.

· Creative mindset and passion for innovation, with a keen eye for design and messaging that resonates with target audiences.

· Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving business impact and achieving measurable outcomes.

· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity effectively.
