We are looking for a dynamic Compliance Customer Account Executive to join our growing Enterprise team.
Our Compliance Customer Account Executives (CAEs) play a crucial role in building long-term, transformational customer relationships in our flagship ethics and compliance product set, across a broad range of private and public sector customers.
Key to this is your ability to effectively manage an assigned territory of existing Learning Pool customers, engaging and growing our network of individual relationships. By understanding each customers’ strategy and key ethics and compliance requirements and collaborating with subject matter expert colleagues, you’ll be able to build compelling Learning Pool solutions to deliver growth and contract longevity.

Location:
Although this is a remote position, face to face meetings with clients are encouraged and often required. Therefore candidates must reside in one of the following areas: New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maryland, Virginia or West Virginia.

Working Environment:
This job operates in a professional home office environment. It is expected the employee has a separate dedicated working space within their home. This role routinely uses standard office equipment and productivity tools such as computers, phones, email, instant messaging, Google collaborative tools, and project management platforms.

Physical Demands:
