Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced House Supervisor to join our team. As a House Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hospitality establishment, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

Duties:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the housekeeping staff, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Assist with catering and food service management, ensuring timely delivery of meals and maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Supervise and train staff in housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and room preparation.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities, placing orders as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards.
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities, including room occupancy rates, maintenance requests, and staff schedules.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Knowledge of food preparation and catering procedures is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel operations software such as Aloha POS is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
