Retail Location Manager - Los Angeles

Role

This position will work directly with the Senior Manager of Retail to oversee our Los Angeles Space’s team, function, and sales performance. 

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with Senior Management to accomplish quarterly goals and uphold brand standards

• Track and Merchandize Inventory using a variety of data and organizational methods

• Track and Report Daily Sales and Activity in the space

• Oversee and Lead a team of 10 employees

• Communicate efficiently with both Senior Management and Partner Location Management to meet dynamic deadlines

• Build relationships and positive rapport with the Kpop community

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or higher

• Experience working with Excel and/or Google Suites

• A genuine interest in Kpop music and content

• 2-3 Years of Managerial Experience 

• 2-3 Years of Experience in Retail 

• Excellent communicator and quick, creative thinker with the ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.

• Ability to respectfully and efficiently lead a team of 10 while working directly with project manager to create a welcoming and exciting environment for Kpop Fans from coast to coast.

• Proficiency in Korean language preferred but not mandatory
