Summary:

This position is primarily responsible for identifying, recruiting and helping to land industry-leading talent for our clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Actively developing new business by creating leads and gaining new job orders.
  • Manage database of clients and hiring managers
  • Attend tradeshows to market to C-level, VP’s and Executives
  • Build relationships with clients to obtain new business
  • Take job orders from Clients for new searches
  • Develop and implement plans and procedures for recruitment, selection, and job placement
  • Source qualified applicants, screen applicants, schedule and conduct interviews, check references and background, and evaluates applicant qualifications
  • Assist with resume construction
  • Write up candidate summaries to present to clients
  • Debrief and prep candidates for interviews
  • Manage resume and applicant tracking systems
  • Maintain data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations
  • Follow trends in the industry, keep up on industry news and recruiting information
  • Maintain personal brand through social media outlets and sending mailers.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with aptitude in conducting interviews.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws and guidelines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field required
  • At least two years of human resources or related experience required
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
  • SHRMs Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.
