We are looking for a Recruiter to join our growing team in Fairlawn, Ohio!

Job Requirements:

• 70% Recruiting, calling & interviewing candidates
• 20% candidate write-ups, scheduling interviews between the candidate and client, and candidate follow-up.
• 10% internal data management utilizing a CRM to stay organized.

Basic Qualifications:

• Outbound Sales experience required
• Flexibility & ability to overcome rejection when cold calling candidates
• Passion & dedication to create distinctive Sourcing strategies to attract candidates of the highest quality
• Social media proficiency to connect & network with both active & passive candidates when recruiting.
• High energy to keep up in a fast-paced, lively & encouraging atmosphere with other recruiters
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
