Contract Duration: 3 Months Contract (Possibility of Extension)
Shift Requirements: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (5 Days a Week 40/hr a Week 8/hr a Day with alternate weekends)
Duties:
1 Year of Registered Nurse Home Health Case Manager experience required
Experience & Education:
RN, BLS, certifications required
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
