Must provide superior customer service to all guests you encounter
Carry out assigned tasks and projects from the General Manager.
Handle maintenance requests from hotel departments and track.
Blow parking lot as needed.
Take care and clean the pool daily.
Perform landscaping tasks as assigned.
Service all ice machines, freezers, refrigerators, ovens, etc. and clean and service monthly.
Inspect boilers daily and log temperatures.
Service all housekeeping vacuums monthly and track.
Complete daily, weekly, monthly, yearly checklist as required by brand and ownership and keep in binder for review by General Manager and Ownership.
Keep track of daily work order and complete work daily.
Keep up with maintenance of the property (lock system, fire system, boilers, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.) as well as maintain all warranties.
Conduct all fire and safety training for the hotel. Track all due dates as well as follow all OSHA standards.
Be on call when not at the properties to be able to assist when needed.
Develop and maintain a PM program for the hotel.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
