OverviewPosition Overview:HealthEdge is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Manager in External Communications and Customer Marketing to join its growing marketing team. This person is responsible for the stewardship of the HealthEdge brand and its product architecture and partnering with Customer Success on our HealthEdge Customers First initiative to improve customer relationships and drive upsells. This position will report to the Senior Manager of Events and External Communications and collaborate closely with our Brand and PR agencies. There will be close collaboration with Customer Success and Internal Communications on multiple projects as we continuously seek to align internal and external customer messaging for optimal impact and a Customer First company brand presence.The ideal candidate has experience in the healthcare IT and/or enterprise software industries and is a strong cross-functional team leader who enjoys driving change in a fast-paced, thriving environment.Your Impact:Developing and implementing strategic HealthEdge brand guidelines and initiatives to increase total company brand and product awareness to be more visible in the marketCollaborating with Customer Success and contributing to our Customer First initiatives through program and marketing messaging communications to build an internal HealthEdge employee Customer First mindset and increased customer satisfactionHelping to create a playbook to enable this behavior across the organization. Aide in developing and testing a pilot program for internal trainings on our Customer First initiative.Working closely with cross-functional teams and Customer Success to track top employees within the Customer First program.Organizing rewards and recognition events for award recipients.Managing public relations activities to enhance our brand image, working with our PR agency and media partners, internal stakeholders, and customers.Creating and publishing content for press releases and other communication channelsWorking with our Brand agency to define and align to a total company product architecture and establishing new product naming guidelinesDeveloping and tracking results to ensure the success of brand marketing, public relations, and customer experience campaignsCollaborating with cross-functional teams such as product development, sales, customer success, customer operations, and internal communications to ensure a unified brand and messaging strategy and to help increase customer satisfaction and promote cross-sells and upsells among current customersLeverages messaging to inform, contribute to, and develop web content, public relations pitches, blog posts, campaign content, and other brand awareness materials.What you bring:Proven experience (5 years) in brand management, public relations, marketing, and customer experience managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders, media partners, and customersResults-oriented mindset with a track record of successfully managing brand campaigns and customer success marketing communications that drive business growth and achieve measurable resultsExercises judgment to plan and accomplish individual and team goals.Comfortable making decisions about complex issues.
