Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Catering and Sales Manager. The Catering and Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of catering and sales operations, ensuring smooth and successful events. This position requires excellent customer service skills, sales expertise and a passion for the Hotel industry.

Key Responsibilities of a Catering and Sales Manager may include:

- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and targets.

- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.

- Managing the entire catering process, from initial client contact to event execution.

- Collaborating with clients to plan menus, customize orders, and address any special dietary requirements or preferences

- Coordinating and overseeing all aspects of catering events, including set-up, service, and clean-up.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of catering facilities, equipment, and storage areas

- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, or requests

Experience:

- Previous experience in the hospitality management is preferred

- Strong knowledge of Hotel and Catering processes and food handling regulations

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order customization and execution

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and staff members
