The Call Center (Self Determination) Support Specialist or SDSS, maintains a core understanding of the company and of Operations. The SDSS is expected to follow departmental procedures and adhere to GT and agency guidelines to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently. Staff are assigned to work in pods focused on the needs of a particular group of people being served and may be moved between pods to best meet the business needs of the organization. The SDSS maintains knowledge, critical thinking skills, and abilities that contribute to all four of the primary functions of a Financial Management Services company, processing, payroll, billing, and customer service.
