```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to individuals in need. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will assist clients with daily activities, personal care tasks, and provide companionship. Your role is crucial in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our clients.

```Responsibilities:```
- Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help with mobility and transfers, including using assistive devices as needed
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up living spaces
- Accompany clients to appointments or social outings
- Engage in meaningful conversation and provide emotional support to clients
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the appropriate supervisor

```Requirements:```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or similar role is preferred
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable transportation to travel to client's homes or facilities
- Ability to pass a background check
