We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to join our team. As the Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the housekeeping operations of our establishment. Your role will involve ensuring cleanliness, maintaining high standards, and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks
- Ensure that all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control
- Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints regarding housekeeping services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Maintain a safe working environment for staff by enforcing health and safety regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in housekeeping management

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping management is required
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques, industrial cleaning methods, and custodial practices
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and sanitation
- Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using cleaning equipment and supplies
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
