Guardian Glass is looking for a Process Engineering Supervisor to join our team in DeWitt, IA!

In this role you will partner with the Fabrication team to perform a variety of coordinated activities that will work to build on our production, quality, and safety goals. What You Will Do

• Develop safe, compliant, and reliable operations through standard work procedures and statistical process control
• Lead a team of technicians to improve individual and organizational performance
• Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
• Own output quality, production results, and process waste
• Guide troubleshooting and problem-solving events
• Support the Operations team in a 24/7/365 environment
• Troubleshoot equipment, order supplies, and carry out asset care activities

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in engineering OR engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experienced problem solver ie RCCA (root cause corrective action)

What Will Put You Ahead

• Leadership experience
• Experience with data collection, SQL and database design
• Electrical/PLC understanding
• Automation experience
