SPECIFIC JOBKNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY

-Assist in the organization of kitchen line items, stocking, and light prepping

-Maintain service standards and quality of food as they are recieved

-Ensure dishes are properly dressed and delivered

-Observe ticket times and communicate with management accordingly

-Maintain line of communication with culinary lead
