Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous Specimen Collector assistant to jhelp assist the Specimen Collector Supervisor. They will be responsible for helping with new hires, timecards, mileage, onboarding, conflict resolution, and fielding emails/phone calls.

Responsibilities:

- Onboarding/Offboarding specimen collectors

- Placing ads and reviewing resumes for new hires

- Ordering supplies

- Helping with training and SOPs

- Communicating with sales representatives

- Conflict resolution

- Assisting with phone calls/emails

- Timecards & mileage

- Assisting with lab orders

- Other duties as needed

Requirements:

- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft
- Strong communication skills
- Adaptable to change
- Attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

FULL TIME Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

PAY RANGE: $19.00 - $20.00

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
