GTI Laboratories has an opportunity for a Laboratory Liaison / Specimen Collector to join our fast growing team. Through our innovative diagnostic testing, we are able to help our clients improve patient care.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

· Register new accounts in our Laboratory Information System

· Develop positive relationships with our clients

· Answer emails/phone calls

· Constructing and shipping supply orders

· Acts as a liaison among sales representatives, physicians, clinic staff, laboratory and relays patient data/results

· Help create/maintain various reports

· Work closely with laboratory staff and the billing department

· Inventory checks/ordering supplies

· Pick up specimens from clients and deliver them to the laboratory

· Other duties assigned as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

· High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office programs – Outlook, Excel, Word Document, Power Point

REQUIREMENTS:

· MUST be reliable and dependable

· MUST have reliable transportation

· MUST have a valid driver’s license

· Must be comfortable collecting/handling COVID-19 specimens (PPE provided)

· Communication is critical

· Professional

· Able to follow instructions

· Possess the ability to keep sensitive information confidential

· Complete HIPAA training upon hire

· Great customer service

· Team player

· Clean background check

· Adaptable to change

· Work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
