Experienced Powder Coater painter. Batch and Line positions are available.

MUST have at least 2 years experience in an INDUSTRIAL BOOTH OR LINE environment to be considered.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / TRAINING OPTIONS:

· Minimum of 2 years working in an Industrial paint booth applying powder coatings.

· Knowledge of methods and techniques using a variety of coatings, textures and glosses.

· Ability to follow instructions and learn company specific requirements for efficiency and quality.

· On the job training available for applicants that HAVE worked in a booth or line environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ability to coat both steel and aluminum, primer and topcoats
• Operate all coating equipment including guns, hoppers and booth collection systems.
• Paint parts with spray gun as they move along a continous conveyor belt or in a batch booth
• Observe machine gauges and equipment operation to detect defects
• Ensure that all components are produced/coated efficiently and are consistent with company established goals for quality and customer order on-time performance.
• Ensure quality standards and processes are used throughout facility.
• Attention to detail of all finished goods

COMPENSATION:

$18.00 per hour depending on Experience
