Our team consists of caring, highly trained professionals who are ready to provide exceptional service for each patient.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator team member who will:

• Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans.
• Schedules and confirms patient appointments.
• Review Insurance beneift with patient.
• Enters information on dental software in patient accounts.
• Ensures and reviews entire patient account for complete and accurate information.
• Review treatment contracts and treatment consent forms.
• Develops and maintain communication with general dds.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to increase and stimulate new patient growth.
• Greet and check patients in and out, before and after treatment.
• Take new patient records that consist of xrays, photos, and itero scan.
• Follow with pending or observation patients. 

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of two years of front office experience preferably in a dental setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred.
• Sales experience. 
• Xray ceritfication not required. Will train and certify right individual.
