Fiesta Auto Insurance and Tax Services is Hiring an Insurance Agent (Base Pay + Commission) Near Hesperia, CA

We are seeking an Insurance Agent/CSR/Broker/Tax Prep to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients. No prior insurance experience needed. We will train you and also help you get licensed by the CA Department of Insurance and as well licensed with CTEC (Registered Tax Preparer)

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
  • Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
  • Resolve client inquiries and complaints
  • Expand business reach through networking techniques
  • Comply with insurance standards and regulations
  • Track and identify areas of improvement
  • Call backs and follow ups with existing clientele

Qualifications:

  • No previous insurance/tax experience needed
  • Some experience with computers (Microsoft Excel, Word)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Bi-lingual English and Spanish)
  • Prior Customer Service experience
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Ability to have a flexible schedule
  • Reliable source of transportation

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
