Ghan & Cooper Multi Family is excited to be hiring one full time Leasing Agent and one part time Leasing Agent for a fantastic property in Springfield MO.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective tenants in a professional and friendly manner
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential tenants
- Provide accurate information about the property, amenities, and leasing terms
- Process rental applications, including verifying applicant information and conducting background checks
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately
- Collect and process rental payments from tenants
- Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages
- Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain organized files and documentation related to leasing activities

Skills:
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to handle leasing paperwork, file management, and contract preparation
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations, including Fair Housing regulations
- Experience using property management software such as OneSite or similar CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with prospective tenants, current tenants, and property management team
- Ability to upsell additional services or amenities to potential tenants
- Conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes or difficult situations in a calm and professional manner

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
