Ghan & Cooper is excited to be hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for an amazing location in Centerton Arkansas. The ideal candidate will have proficient skill levels in the following categories: grounds clean up. pools. minor electrical, minor plumbing, carpentry, painting and drywall. Experience with pools and HVAC are a plus.
Dependable transportation and tools are required for this position. A positive attitude and attention to detail is needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
