Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions is a Business Group of Freudenberg and a leading global supplier of branded cleaning systems as well as household and laundry care products. The portfolio includes brands such as O-Cedar®, and Vileda®. The company employs more than 3,300 people and hosts a global distribution network.
Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Sales Controller in trade budget management including monitoring and analyzing customer deductions.
- Analyze monthly variances within reporting.
- Monitor follow up on deviations and variances.
- Manage the existing sales commission process and quarterly rebates reports for customers.
- Participate in month-end process, budgeting process, and cost center reviews.
- Participate in annual audit and ensure accurate/timely support for areas of responsibility.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable IFRS accounting rules
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Controlling, or Operational Finance required.
- 2 years of related finance experience.
- Experience with SAP (or similar ERP system) preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ideal candidate has worked with sales teams.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
