Position: Property Maintenance Coordinator

Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Property Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for interacting with the public, assisting guests and owners, answering phones, handling maintenance issues, and managing accounting tasks related to our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with the public and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Assist with accounting tasks, including reservation payments and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with HOA, property managers, and Vendors to ensure efficient property maintenance needs are met.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Basic accounting knowledge and computer proficiency.
• Real estate or property management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of leasing procedures and regulations is beneficial.
