Pay Range: $20-25

Reports to: Milling and Packaging Superintendent

Education Req: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience Req: Must have ability to follow MSHA and OSHA regulations, industry safety programs, and possess excellent communications, people, and problem-solving skills. Must be willing to take and follow orders and directions. Must be adaptable and flexible to changing tasks, schedules, and situations. Must be able to perform physical labor, including lifting and carrying heavy objects and climbing stairs. Experience working in milling and/or manufacturing environment is desired. May be required to work nights and/or adhere to a rotating shift schedule.

Nature and Scope:

With direction and supervision from the Milling and Packaging Superintendent, this hands-on individual will be responsible for general labor duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Attend Safety Meetings and comply with all site safety and environmental policies

Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Maintain proper housekeeping standards in mill area including associated equipment

Digging out mills and equipment if plugged

Assisting Calcine and Packaging Operators as necessary

Tend to packaging, processing and shipping lines

Accurate record keeping.
