LPN needed 8 am to 8 pm on Monday/Wednesday and Thursday
- 70 -year-old male who lives with his spouse and 3 small dogs.
- Client is a fall risk - Use a gait belt and make sure the client is wearing sneakers at all times for ambulation.
- Client ambulates steadily with assisting Xs one.
- Client can voice his needs in simple terms;
- The Client is able to feed himself
- This case is 24/7 and someone will always be relieving you.
