Design Group Americas is Hiring an Accountant Near Berwick, PA

Design Group is recruiting for an Accountant based near Berwick, PA. This position has work from home flexibility but must be onsite in Berwick at least 2-3 per month.
WHAT WILL I DO IN THIS ROLE?
- Reconciliation, review, and preparation of financial statement schedules for assigned general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and enter monthly journal entries to record various amortizations.
- Prepare budget and reforecast schedules as assigned.
- Maintaining fixed asset system, cash reporting and product development reporting.
- Prepare Sales and Use and Property Tax reports.
- Participate in the month end financial close.
- Assist in other projects as required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting preferred, or Business with emphasis in Accounting.
- 2 years' experience working as an Accountant, preferably in a manufacturing or consumer goods environment.
- Must have experience with general ledger analysis.
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office products with advanced level Excel knowledge.
