Job Summary

As a Mowing Crew Member, it is the employee's job to follow key direction and retain information pertaining to the assigned accounts. Ellis Landscape Services prides themselves on operating under the "Quality over Quantity" phrase, meaning we look to do the job right as opposed to doing it as fast as possible. The applicant should be able to work under this same mindset, but also complete the property in the allotted time given to the crew leader. A strong work ethic is a MUST!

PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE!

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Crew Member you will:

• Operate both Ride-on and Stand-on Mowers ranging from 36"-72" in size.
• Drive Company equipment/vehicles when required
• Stand for long periods of time throughout the day
• Walk 3 Miles per day
• Lift upwards of 90 pounds
• Weather both extreme heat (100 ) and cold (32-)
• Follow the Crew Leader's direction on every job site

Qualifications and Skills

Qualified Applicants must:

• Hold Valid AR Drivers License
• pass Background Check
• pass Drug Screening
• Have NO LESS than 1 year of Commercial Mowing/Landscape experience
• Have Reliable Transportation
• Be able to work longer than 10 hour days
• Able to work Weekends when required

Typical start time:

• 8AM

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
