Honestly, the job is not all roses and puppy dogs — there is some good news and there is some bad news.

1. Beyonce and T Swift make more in a few minutes than this job pays in a day....Meaning, this job won't make you celebrity rich...at least right away...BUT with the hard work...you can go get that money...maybe enough to ask Queen B to step aside soon.

In short, your job is to help the whole team succeed in any way you can. And to have fun at work (who wants a job that isn’t fun?!?). Our office is casual, but we do expect professionalism and punctuality.
But what we don’t expect is perfection or even existing sales experience ( for you to qualify for this job. We can teach you that.
(definitely a bonus if you have sales experience..not a requirement...but it is a bonus!)
We expect intelligence, energy, and a get it done attitude. When you have questions, we’ll help you learn and then set up a system to help you succeed on your own.
If this is a job that gets you so excited that you would even do it for free, we would totally accept that offer from you. But if you prefer compensation (and we totally get it...we prefer getting paid as well) this is what we offer:
The pay would involve a small salary with a commission structure.
Meaning...NO CEILING...meaning if you sell you can go make a lot of money.
We are looking for someone that is willing to BET ON YOURSELF...if you have the skill to sell and a real work ethic you're not going to care about not having a big salary when you're cashing in those big commission checks.
(Comp packages are based on experience and will be discussed in the interview process.)
You would also have an option for a Simple IRA retirement plan and health savings account.
This would be a hybrid flexible in office/remote position. You would be in our Fayetteville, AR office some, on the road some, and you could work from home some! Very flexible!
