Duties:
- Perform general labor tasks on construction sites such as cleaning and preparing the work area
- Operate hand tools and power tools as needed for the job
- Assist skilled tradespeople in their duties
- Assist in assembling and fabricating structures
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

Skills:
- Mechanical knowledge to operate power tools effectively
- Proficiency in using hand tools for various tasks
- Ability to fabricate and assemble structures as per instructions
