• Maintaining an updated catalogue with pricing, new products, deactivated products, and description updates.
• Distributing a monthly updated version of the catalogue to all stores/team members.
• Ensuring all changes in price, size, cost, and description are accurately reflected in our systems (Adaco/Catapult/Warehouse Management System - WMS).
• Creating new items updating the catalogue updating the systems.
• Biweekly updates of stock status files with the most recent inventory levels/ETA for deliveries.
• Identifying long-term out-of-stock items for substitution and notifying Buyers.
• Analyzing short expiration date items and creating FT List; Setting up discount files for FT and promotions.
• Identifying rectifying data entry mistakes in the Warehouse Management System (WMS); Monitoring FB stock and advising on changes or substitutions where needed.
• Coordinating the collection of pictures and information for all new products in collaboration with the promotional and merchandise teams.
• Preparation of PowerPoint presentations for new products and seasonal items.
• Following up with vendors on POS deliveries, tracking vendor out-of-stock items.
• Serving as the point of contact for the warehouse team, leading cycle counts and requesting credit memos when necessary.
• Handling invoice collection and uploading in Adaco Updating internal task tracker files.
• Acting as the point of contact for the receiving team to confirm discounts or resolve potential price differences.
• Performs other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelor ’s Degree preferred)
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and able to pick up new systems with relative ease.
• Experience in Data related activities
• Experience with ERP / WMS systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work efficiently and with precision, especially with numbers and data entry activities
• Ability to effectively communicate to ensure accurate inventory reporting
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders 

The hourly rate for this position is $23 - $27
