Customer satisfaction is our #1 focus at Crown Cadillac. We are looking for a Service Writer/Advisor to drive customer loyalty through the service lane. You are a great fit for this role if you are outgoing, self-motivated and energetic with a strong drive to succeed.

Responsibilities

The Service Writer is the main point of contact between service customers and our team of service technicians. You will be responsible for:

· Greeting customers, determining their needs, and coordinating vehicle repairs using our Service Process

· Meeting guest needs throughout the entire service process including offering rental vehicles if needed.

· Learning new product and technical information and techniques to stay proficient in automotive service writing.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is high energy, driven, and has proven customer service skills. Cadillac or GM experience is preferred but by no means a deal breaker. Our service writers are highly detail-oriented with solid organizational and time-management skills, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong customer service and active-listening abilities.

· Minimum of one year experience as a Service Writer is preferred, but not a deal breaker.

· Valid driver's license and a clean driving record with no major violations

· Passion to change a one-time service customer into a “Customer for Life”
