Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This is a vital role in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, HVAC maintenance, and general building maintenance
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Experience in facilities maintenance preferred
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints
- Ability to weld and fabricate as needed
- Familiarity with logic controllers is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically and analytically
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and customers
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
