Job Description
Clicks Billiards is now accepting applications for a General Manager position at our sports bar in Orlando, Florida. We are looking for outgoing and energetic individuals who are serious about hospitality. If you are interested in working in a fast-paced environment while having fun, we would love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Embrace Clicks’ Philosophy and Core Values
· Responsible for customer satisfaction
· Plans and executes the hiring, training and development of employees
· Encourages an attitude of teamwork with staff
· Effective communication skills both written and verbal
· Conduct monthly staff meeting (including Responsible Service of Alcohol)
· Effective scheduling of staff
· Hold employees accountable for performance
· Develop and implement effective promotions
· Obtain an extensive knowledge of products and equipment
· Maintain and control inventory
· Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility
· Responsible for atmosphere of the club
· Responsible for repair and maintenance of entire facility
· Understands and adheres to operational and accounting systems
· Analyzes financial results of the club and is proactive with adjustments
· Control costs, including food, liquor and labor
· Promote internal marketing campaigns including social media, leagues and events
· Ensure compliance with Clicks Billiards Policy Manuals

· Ability to read a budget, conduct financial analysis - provide practical narrative and financial reporting
· Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
· Alcohol and Food Handlers Certifications
· Familiarity with Toast POS a plus

· 10-hour shifts
· Day shift
· Night shift
· Holidays
· Monday to Friday
· Weekends
