Job Description

Responsibilities

Center for Change, in Orem, Utah is seeking a full-time Secretary / Receptionist, hours / week, who enjoys working with a great reception team in a healthcare faciity.

Center for Change is a bed healthcare facility dedicated to helping women recover from anorexia and bulimia. The Center is respected for its programs, progressive outlook, and for its major contributions in research and treatment in the field of eating disorders.

Responsibilities :

We rely on our front office staff to provide a friendly and helpful interface with the Center's patients, their families, and the public who visit or contact the Center.

Receptionists take incoming calls, assist providers with appointment scheduling, payment collection, and insurance coordination.

Qualifications

  • Previous reception and secretarial experience
  • Excellent PR skills and experience interacting with the public
  • Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with multiple-line phone systems
  • Proficient with business software applications such as the Microsoft Office suite
