The Food Safety & Quality Manager is responsible for managing our food safety & quality systems through daily internal audits and reporting. The Food Safety & Quality Manager is responsible for resolving any issues found during audits, training & coaching team members to the proper standard, and partnering with our health department to ensure we are following the highest standards possible.
Skills required: able to work on feet for 4 hours at a time, able to lift heavy objects of up to 35 pounds, detail-oriented, coaching & training. ServSafe certificate is required (class may be provided in some situations.)
