Job Description:
The Sales Rep role is a part-time contract roles that serves as a forward thinker supporting the Brand Ambassador. They will demonstrate ownership for the Winning Hearts Every Day Strategy, specifically by delivering 2nd Mile Service and activating Emotional Connections Marketing in order to grow sales and build the brand. They help create and oversee the annual 90-day marketing plan and system to market the Chick-fil-A brand both internally and externally ensuring that Local Store Marketing occurs on a daily basis. They embody the values of Chick-fil-A and serve as an ambassador to the restaurant and the community. This Support must demonstrate creativity and marketing strengths with the strong ability to think strategically in planning and implementing marketing initiatives and promotions.
