Front of House Manager (FOH)
Job Details:

Full-time position minimum of 35 hours
A front-of-house manager has excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. A good FOH manager works to make each customer feel comfortable and welcome in the restaurant but also trains FOH staff to provide the best customer service.

Our front-of-house manager is responsible for many aspects of the customer dining experience:

Hiring and Training team members
Assisting team members in taking orders, cashing out customers, food running and expediting takeout orders.
Leading team members and encouraging professional and friendly interaction with guests.
Counting and balancing registers daily, assisting with scheduling.
Enforce company policies for FOH staff.
Ensure the restaurant is kept clean through great safety and sanitation practices
Field catering calls and inquiries (assist customers with menu, pricing and execute delivery or in-house booking)

This position starts at $16/hr and receives tips (from cc orders and cash tips) from our tip pooling program combined hourly wage PLUS tips you can range at the minimum $18-$22/hr. With additional opportunities also.
This position is a minimum of 35 hours and includes day, night and weekends. Our operating hours are (11 am-8 pm Mon, Tues & Thur)(11 am-9 pm Fri & Sat) (12 am-8 pm Sun)

Qualifications and Skills:

One (1) year of restaurant FOH management, or general restaurant management experience.
Serve safe certification.
Understanding back-of-house operations are helpful.
