Description
PRIMARY DUTIES
List primary job duties using action verbs (e.g., Performs, Coordinates, Administers, Manages, Directs, Oversees, Supervises, Leads, Facilitates, etc.). List duties in order of importance, consider percent of time spent on each activity and end result to be achieved.
1.Complete Preventive and Corrective Maintenance work orders independently for the different equipment groups.
2.Inspect and maintain machines to prevent future failures or restore to serviceable and acceptable operating conditions.
a.Executing maintenance procedures

c.Recording maintenance activities
3.Trace errors within machine operations.
a.Exercising equipment
b.Checking inputs and outputs
c.Documenting findings
4.Check Measuring and Test Equipment (M&TE) to ensure accuracy, repeatability, and reproducibility.
a.Taking measurements in accordance with standardization procedure
b.Cleaning and adjusting M&TE
5.Select and use appropriate Measuring and Test Equipment (M&TE) to measure industrial equipment and component conditions in an accurate, repeatable, and reproducible manner.
a.Taking measurements
b.Recording results of measurements
6.Miscellaneous
a.Establish good documentation practices
b.Follow proper procedures and techniques including to adhere to company and OSHA safety guidelines
c.Use CMMs software correctly by complete pms, enter urgent work orders, attach parts, attach labor, search for parts.
d.Complete all scheduled training on time
e.Navigation of finding documents and drawings in the applicable system
f.Support Total Productive Maintenance activities by being an active participant, when applicable
g.Be accessible to people on the plant floor to discuss problems and ideas.
h.Maintain good relationships with Production, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Facilities Maintenance.
i.Work overtime as needed to ensure the required labor resource needs are met.
j.Reliable attendance and punctuality is an essential job function required for this position.
