Boston Speech Therapy is Hiring a Bilingual Speech Language Pathology Assistant Near Boston, MA
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed Speech Language Pathologist in evaluating and diagnosing patients
- Implement treatment plans developed by the Speech Language Pathologist
- Provide therapy sessions in multiple languages to improve speech and language skills
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Assist in educating patients and their families on communication strategies
- Collaborate with the Speech Language Pathologist and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- State certification or licensure as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant
- Fluency in a second language (English/Spanish)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow directions and work under supervision
- Ability to grow and develop Speech Pathology skills through hand-on experience
This position is available now and will conclude at the end of the 2023-2024 school year with no benefits offered. Rate of $45 per hour
