***Production Manger - $80,000 - $100,000 Salary Bonuses***

Auto Pros Collision Center is an auto body shop located in Phoenix. The body shop is expanding and seeking 1 additional full-time production manager.

Compensation:

· $80,000 - $100,000 Salary Bonuses, based on experience and qualifications

Qualifications, Responsibilities, Skills/Requirements:

In order to adequately perform the tasks requested, this position will require the candidate to possess the following qualifications, responsibilities, and skills/requirements:

Qualifications:

· At least 5 years of estimating experience (preferably working at a non-DRP shop)

· Extremely proficient with CCC One

Responsibilities:

· Plan and organize daily/weekly production schedule

· Implement production methods to maintain seamless operations

· Run production meetings

· Supervise production flow

· Assign and review labor with technicians

· Supervise technicians and parts department

· Supervise estimators regarding vehicle check-ins, and timely preparing estimates, supplements, and finals

· Provide quality control of repaired vehicles

· Coordinate sublet repairs

· Supervise intake department regarding timely scheduling of vehicles

· Supervise rental car division regarding rental check-ins and check-outs

Skills/Requirements:

· Excellent organization skills, with a high attention to detail

· Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

· Strong ability to simultaneously work on multiple tasks, with ability to function in a fast pace, independent work environment

· Strong time management skills

· Effective planning and execution ability
