We specialize in brioche doughnuts and a select menu of baked goods. We currently sell our products through online sales, wholesale, and our food truck. Our commitment to offering our customers exceptional products and service is paramount.

We are opening our new location in Edgewater MD this year. We plan to use our Glenn Burnie location to provide the training for the staff for our new location.

The Lead Pastry Cook executes daily tasks related to daily food requisitions, various outlet production, finishing, and organization of daily needs. Maintain a high standard of food quality with demonstrated efficiency in the utilization of products to control food products.

• Safety and Compliance: Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, sanitation guidelines, and company policies to create a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.

Responsibilities -

Must be able to arrive on time at our production center.
Must be able to manage and mentor a team.
Must be able to communicate with team members.
Must be able to ensure that all items in the production run are products by the end of the shift.
Must be able to adapt and overcome obstacles.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
