Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging digital platforms and communication channels as well as CRM, manage prospects, attentively engage with online customers, and facilitate the sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery.

Responsibilities:

1. Proactively manage and nurture prospects through the sales funnel, maintaining regular communication to guide them through the purchasing process.
2. Respond promptly and professionally to all online inquiries and customer requests, providing accurate information about vehicle availability, pricing, and financing options.
3. Build rapport and establish trust with prospective customers through effective communication and active listening skills.
4. Conduct virtual product presentations and demonstrations to showcase vehicle features and benefits, addressing customer questions and concerns to ensure a positive buying experience.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing role, with a track record of managing prospects and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
