Atlas Excavating Inc is looking for Field Engineers to work throughout the central Indiana area. This position works on jobsites and monitors and coordinates daily jobsite activities with the site Foreman and Project Management to ensure work performed through all phases of construction complies with all building standards, specification, design, and company processes. Assists in evaluating field problems, development of project schedules, contributes to site oversight and quantity tracking for billings. This position will learn the aspects of being a project foreman and project manager and is a springboard to these positions. Position utilizes HCSS HeavyJob, MS Project, ProCore Software and Google Suite. Looking for individuals that would like to grow to Foreman and/or Project Manager positions.

Qualifications:

• An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in construction (BSCE, BSCM, BSAE, etc.) or a minimum of three years prior experience in a similar position. 
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proven work ethic.
