Ascent Healthcare, headquartered in Portland, OR, is a business that delivers generalized internal medicine and geriatric post hospitalization care to Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout Oregon and Washington. Ascent Healthcare was founded over 10 years ago and our practice is now staffed with approximately 30 Medical Providers in Skilled Nursing Facilities. We now have an exciting career opportunity available for a SNF Physician in Portland. In this capacity, you will the attending physician handling new admissions and supervising 1-3 PA’s or NP’s.
