About the Job:
We are looking for talented candidates who are organized customer service pros and take enormous pride in a job well done. In this part-time, position, you will be responsible helping ensure that our guests have a great experience. The housekeeper is primarily responsible for is responsible for taking care of the park general cleanliness to provide tidy and sanitary amenities to guests and residents.
- Report any maintenance concerns to the Manager.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
- Cleans and sanitizes guest rooms, office, restrooms and public areas by following company standards.
- Vaccuums and sweeps floors, carpets and rugs.
- Makes beds and changes linens.
- Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms, showers, toilets, sinks and countertops.
- Replenishes toiletries and towels.
- Empties trash receptacles.
- Assists and notifies maintenance of any issues.
- Operates large commercial washers and dryers.
- Keep track of cleaning supply inventory and request refills as needed.
- Work closely with management to maintain open communications.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language at a level sufficient to communicate effectively with residents, guests, and co-workers.
- Mature, responsible and friendly behavior.
- Ability to adhere to strict hygiene and cleanliness standards set by management.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to actively walk the property and lift 25 lbs or greater
- Trustworthy, reliable and detail oriented
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hospitality environment preferred
