This position provides a broad range of professional librarian services specifically focused on children and teens. The role requires program creation for children and teens, with outreach visits for these two age levels.

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position, and will be required to work a mix of day, evening, and weekend hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; AND two (2) years of library operations experience; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. 
• Valid Driver's License
• State of Indiana Public Librarian Certification within three (3) years of accepting the position. Tuition reimbursement available for the classes required for certification.

• Starting pay is 19.34 per hour and up based on related and comparable experience
