Position: Management Analyst – Senior (Programming / POM SME)

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Requirements:

Management Analyst – Senior (Programming / POM SME): The contractor shall provide a Senior Analyst who shall be responsible Administrative Budget support to senior leaders. The Analyst should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Political Science, Healthcare, or other related fields
• Master’s degree in business, Public Administration, Healthcare, or other related fields
• 5 years of Programming experience
• DODFMCERT Level II or higher OR EQUIVALENT
• Core Competencies: Communication Skills: Experience in army style writing, briefing senior leaders, and excellent customer service abilities.
• Analytical Skills: Experience in accounting, budget development & execution to collect, analyze, and interpret complex information and identify patterns, trends, and relationships.
• Expert in the DoD Programming process,
• Expert in accounting, budget development & execution of the Army Medical Department in Defense Health Program, RDT&E, and Operations Maintenance Army appropriations.

Duties:

• Provide subject matter expertise in Budget and Programming tasks.
• Managing taskers for senior leader and providing and general senior administrative support
• Tracking training for the organization
• Drafting, reviewing, and staffing professional army paper (e.g. memo, policy, info papers)
• Assist projects leads in organizing and executing financial management training, certification, and recognition programs.
• Drafting, reviewing, and staffing responses to taskers internal and external to the G8.
• Build and edit products to be used in financial management training.

Required Systems Knowledge:

• Microsoft Systems (Word, Advanced Excel, PP, Teams, InfoPath)
• Adobe Pro
• Power BI (Tableau is okay)

Preferred extensive knowledge and use of the following systems:

• FMIS
• GFEBS

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $58,291.62 - $71,000.00 per year
