365 Real Property Management is Hiring a Property Maintenance Technician Near Fort Collins, CO
We are looking for both regular full-time and seasonal Maintenance techs to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and cleaning throughout our portfolio of managed properties in Northern Colorado (Greeley, Loveland, Fort Collins). You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are tidy and functional. Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is the first step to getting this job. The ideal candidate will have experience and solid technical knowledge. You must possess manual dexterity and physical stamina.
Responsibilities
- Variety of property maintenance activities, attention to detail
- Perform minor fixes such as replacing/repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc.
- Perform maintenance repairs on vacant properties with a firm deadline
- Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues
- Install appliances and equipment
- Garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn, collecting trash etc.
- Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light fixtures & bulbs
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation)
- Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm)
- Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations
- Report to maintenance coordinator or Field Supervisor for issues
- Participation in on-call rotation may be required.
Skills
- Experience as maintenance technician or similar preferred.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems a plus.
- Experience using hand and electrical tools
- Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina and dexterity
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to grasp software system, input data, upload photos.
- Must have drivers license, good driving record and vehicle.
- Standard maintenance tools and reliable transportation required.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
